	Detailed Engineering, including all related Technical Disciplines;
	Procurement, including Purchasing, Sub-Contracting, Expediting, Inspection and Logistics;
	Design Review;
	Tender Evaluation, Negotiation and Contract Preparation;
	Construction Management, including Field Supervision and Testing;
	Plant Commissioning and Start-Up, including Training of Operation Personnel;
	Project Management, Planning and Cost Control;
	Proposal Management and Bid Document Preparation;
	Energy Audits and Services;
	Permits, Authorizations and Certifications;

Scope also includes the supply of materials, equipment and plants on partial or turn-key based jobs, according to Customer requirements and internal financial strategies.
MGM can supply skid mounted systems through a permanent agreement with a workshop equipped with updated facilities for prefabrication, assembling, testing, loading and warehouse.
